Changes to the Status of Critically Important Enterprises and Employee Reservation

On 2 June 2026, Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 692 came into force, changing the criteria for designating critically important enterprises and the procedure for reserving employees. We recommend that businesses check their compliance with the updated requirements.
